Black metal wire cloth is woven from high-quality iron wire and processed by professional high-temperature blackening treatment. The surface forms a dense oxide layer with uniform black color. It features neat mesh openings, good flexibility and excellent air permeability. Besides basic filtration and screening functions, it also has ideal light shielding, electromagnetic shielding and anti-static performance. Cost-effective, it is widely used in industrial filtration, plastic extrusion, electronic shielding, ventilation and shading fields.

Equipped with an X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), we conduct phase analysis, crystal structure examination, purity inspection and residual stress analysis on metallic materials, providing precise data support for the R&D and quality control of metal wire mesh and alloy products.
