Black metal wire cloth is woven from high-quality iron wire and processed by professional high-temperature blackening treatment. The surface forms a dense oxide layer with uniform black color. It features neat mesh openings, good flexibility and excellent air permeability. Equipped with an X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), we conduct phase analysis, crystal structure examination, purity inspection and residual stress analysis on metallic materials, providing precise data support for the R&D and quality control of metal wire mesh and alloy products.
